Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform and make purchases.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Products

• KaiBee sells home textile products including bath towels, hand towels, bedsheets, mattress protectors, baby towels, shawls, and cushions.
• Product images on the Platform are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or its pricing without prior notice.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment (prepaid) or acceptance of COD request.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹4,000. Orders above ₹4,000 require prepaid payment.
• Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹799. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this threshold.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where applicable.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. Contact us promptly at shop@kaibee.in to cancel.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this Platform — including the KaiBee name, logo, product photographs, graphics, text, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of HASTKUNBH-VASTRAM LLP.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Platform without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm KaiBee, its users, or third parties.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or checkout is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• KaiBee's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or our products.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and are not liable for technical issues outside our reasonable control.
• Performance of our obligations is subject to force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways, social platforms). These are provided for convenience only.
• KaiBee is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
